"The work that physically develops within this exhibition stems from my interests in mathematics and narrative compositions.

For 1+1+2+3+5+8, I am using the Fibonacci sequence as a backbone to the exhibition’s structure with each work derived from the result of two previously conceived pieces. This method achieves formal results and also allows me to draw the focus to my creative practice. here, the color blue has been adapted to accentuate the simplicity of material and application for the process of developing a new work within the structure of onestar press’ exhibition space."
