  • DEFINITIONS

    1. Item(s): products of any type offered for sale (e-commerce services) on the Website.
    2. Customer(s): the non-trading natural person making the order and with full legal capacity.
    3. Order(s): purchase agreement for all of the Items selected by the customer via the Website's e-commerce service.
    4. Website: website published by onestar press belonging to the Company Three Star Books and accessible at https://www.onestarpress.com.

  • DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES

    Shipping costs depend on the volume and destination of your order.
    The available choice of tarifs and delivery times is displayed before you pay for your order and cannot be modified afterwards.

    Delivery times are given as an indication.

    In addition to delivery time please consider 1-2 working-days necessary to prepare your order, unless differently stated.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us at info@onestarpress.com.

    onestar press offers you the possibility of picking up your order placed on onestarpress.com at our atelier during our opening hours.

    If this service is available for your order, the option "Pick up in store" will appear in the delivery options when you pay. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up. The delivery time may vary depending on whether the items are readily available or whether they need to be reordered/prepared. Please make agreements by email before coming for pick up.

  • RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    All returns must be sent back within 14 days in accordance with the Hamon law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.) or returned to the shop. Returned items must be in their original condition. They will be refunded according to the method of payment used for the purchase.

    Returns with damaged items will not be refunded.

  • TAXES AND DUTIES

    Taxes and duties for our products are at the client's charge.
    The prices of products are displayed in Euros, and taxes will be applied in the cart to clients based in France and the EU.

    For other destinations, taxes and duties will be calculated by the customs office during export procedures.
