Don’t Take My Word for It

“Don’t Take My Word for It” is not an endorsement of one book or another. It’s a bracket of books written by first generation participants - soldiers, journalists, academics and activists. We are currently leaving that brief moment in time when those who were there were the ones to write it down. A young US soldier at the very end of the war would now be at least 60 years old. The poster itself is my version of an old library poster. Another lost form. MB
