Pier Stockholm incorporates the material function of his studio as means of illustrating his artistic practice. His sculpture The Weight of references is made of rolled and bound photocopies of referential elements gathered over the years for Stockholm’s work and inspiration.
This sculpture is the artist’s attempt to physically confront his resources.
